Rather than viewing healthy eating as a daunting task, I see it as an exciting pursuit that enhances all other areas of your life. When you make the simple decision to put better foods in your body, you sign up for a more fulfilling life. It's my job and responsibility to show you that just on the other side of what feels like your greatest obstacle is a whole lot of happiness. 

My experience working in the field has lead me to this very important discovery; knowledge itself does not change behavior. There is a difference between knowing and doing. This is the knowledge-behavior gap and it sounds something like this...“I know what to do, but I don’t do it" Can you relate to that? Most people can.

Changing what you eat is not an easy thing to do! It's simple, not easy. In order to be successful, the process must involve much more than just understanding what foods to eat. Understanding science-based nutrition (what the heck should we eat?)  is only one piece of the puzzle. I believe the primary challenge we face in our current health epidemic is changing our habits. Changing the way we live! Putting a plan into action, consistently. Once you gain the knowledge about nutrition, the struggle is found in avoiding recycled, toxic behaviors that prevent you from getting results. I help you shift your behavior by providing education and support and ultimately closing the gap between knowing and doing so that you can start living as your most authentic self.
